Being Portland natives, Finley and Quinn Mulligan are no strangers to diving head first into any and every project they can sink their teeth into to avoid the rain. Each brother brings his own expertise to the table; Quinn having cut his teeth in Portland’s music industry through his well-loved band Fanno Creek and Finley honing his skills as filmmaker working as First Assistant Director for LAIKA studios.
